Delivery

Delivery times are estimated between 9 and 12 working days depending on the destination country.Each order is carefully packaged in special reinforced packaging and insured.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart,according to its dimensions, weight and destination.

14-day cooling-off period

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, with the customer paying the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Each refund request must be made by email, indicating the order reference and the customer's name.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
